| Warehouse management is the core areas of logistics supply, with thedevelopment of information technology,it has very important implications toenhance competitiveness of logistics enterprises and promote the development oflogistics industry by adopting automated,modern warehouse management modesand tools.RFID is used in traffic management,automatic toll collection system,logistics,security and other fields because its advantages of contactless,highspeed,strong anti-jamming capability,long distance,high accuracy and so on.ApplyingRFID to warehouse management for real-time collection and processing thewarehouse goods information,combining with wireless sensor networks to monitorwarehouse environment, that will achieve automated, intelligent warehousemanagement,improve enterprise efficiency and meet the development needs ofmodern warehouse management.First,by searching literature,analyzing the situation of warehouse managementand researching,combining with the needs of Fujian Shishi a logistics company,determines the scheme:designs a warehouse management system based on RFIDtechnology and wireless sensor network technology, to manage the goodsinformation and environmental information of the warehouse.Summarized thefeature,principle and present situation of RFID technology and wireless sensornetwork technology,analyzes the feasibility of using RFID technology and wirelesssensor network technology to monitor the warehouse goods information andwarehouse environment information,provides the theoretical basis for designing thesystem.The mail part of this paper designs the hardware and software of the system,introduces the RFID hardware selection,designes the function module circuits,including wireless transmission module, data acquisition module, serialcommunication module,power supply circuit and clock circuit.Introduces theZigBee/IEEE802.15.4protocol standards,determined using cluster tree topology inthis design, summarizes the routing algorithm and routing mode,briefly describesthe process of networking.Realizes the software design of router and coordinator indata transmission module,uses the Visual Studio2005and SQL2005system todesign databases,realizes the management of warehouse goods information andwarehouse environment.... |
