The thesis discussed the designing and realizing process of agricultural product’s inventory analytical system. Traditional inventory management systems have some kinds of problems, such as redundant data, invalid information and the lacked knowledge that can help the managers to make better decisions. This system uses modern computer science and technology such as RFID and data mining. These methods can help reducing the problems and let the managers make valid decisions.In the system, using RFID readers and RFID tags to obtain data. RFID tag has much benefit than traditional barcode. It is semi automatic, high efficiency and exact in the capacity of collecting data information. Storing data from RFID tags by designing reasonable data structure in database. Realizing the data mining algorithm, which can suit for sorts of roles in the system, by rolling up and drilling down and some other methods used in data warehouse. In the RFID level, the system designs the RFID equipment as the base of obtaining data for the data warehouse. It designed the customs interested database by dealing with the original data which come from RFID level.The core part of the system is the using of data mining algorithm and the handling of data sets from RFID tags. In the system, it takes the Apriori algorithm to analyze the data sets. These data sets can form a net which the abstract one of work flow. Because the uses’ level attribute, it revises the algorithm by AprioriGraph. By the data mining algorithm, it can analyze the model of work flow and optimize it. In the thesis, it also analyzes the effective and efficient of the algorithm. The data which be used for the algorithm was not directly come from RFID and was tackled by data arrangement. According the models in the system and the technical key points, the system was designed using Visual Basic and SQL Server as programming environment.
