In the process of warehouse management, warehouse information is the basis of the efficient and transparent warehouse management. The modern warehouse management requires enterprises to continuously improve the ability of warehouse information acquisition and processing, especially the capacity of high efficient, real-time and accurate article data collection.Traditional method of information acquisition based on artificial and barcode, which has many defects of low efficiency, and complicated process etc., has been unable to meet the modern warehouse requirements for efficient, fast, and accurate information collection. To solve this problem, a warehouse management data acquisition terminal was designed and implemented in this thesis, which applies the new type non-contact automatic identification technology RFID to the process of data acquisition in warehouse management.Firstly, this thesis elaborates the development and application of RFID technology, particularly the application in warehouse management, and analyzes the technical principle, system composition and related technology of RFID technology. And then, according to the functional requirements of warehouse management data collection, it gives the overall design structure of data acquisition terminal that is based on embedded technology and RFID technology. Secondly, this thesis makes an in-depth study of tag anti-collision algorithm, which plays a key role in RFID technology, and analyzes the basic idea, technical characteristics and the anti-collision performance of the main collision avoidance algorithm, and on this basis, this thesis puts forward an improved bit-locked tag anti-collision algorithm. Thirdly, the thesis chooses S3C2440microprocessor as the control and processing core of the terminal, and expounds the working principle and realization method in detail of the main control module, RFID module and the peripheral interface circuit, and then designed the terminal hardware circuit. Followed by these four steps, the thesis describes the construction of the terminal embedded software system, including cross-development environment to build, the transplantation of embedded Linux system and main device driver, and the establishment of Qt/Embedded graphics interface development environment.Finally, the thesis completed the design of the terminal application. It elaborates the overall design idea of the program, and then gave the developing and implementing methods of the data communication module and information storage module, and designed the terminal user interface. After this, the tests are carried out to verify the function of the system. Test results show that the basic function of the terminal reaches the design objectives.
