With the rapid development of logistics industry in recent years,more and more enterprises and customers concerned about warehousing.The level of management warehousing is directly related to the speed of delivery of goods and the turnover rate of goods.While the goods stored in the warehouse did not produce additional value,but also occupied the storage of funds,and storage too long also affect the quality of the goods.So how to achieve the lean management of the warehouse has become a hot field in the current research.As a representative of the current warehouse,Automatic Storage and Retrieval System(AS/RS)combine the modern logistics technology,advanced computer application technology,scientific management technology,and become the focus of research.This thesis based on the background of the three-dimensional warehouse provided by enterprise Y,the WMS was designed and developed based on RFID in this thesis,which was based on the current information collection technology and the conditions of the information collection system.In this thesis,the three-dimensional warehouse provided by the company Y was briefly described on the first.And being analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the bar code information collection and RFID information collection with the actual situation,Then used the RFID technology replace the existing bar code technology to realize the information recognition and acquisition.And then,the thesis introduced the theory of RFID for a brief introduction,and studied the selection of RFID parts and the connection between RFID and system.Secondly,the problem of low efficiency and low speed of manual allocation of goods was analyzed and studied in this thesis,and an improved spiral cargo allocation method was proposed to build the model with the minimum value of the product of the stacking machine to the target cargo space and the height of the location of the cargo location from the height of the ground to realize the automatic allocation of the goods and Combined with the actual system,for programed and applicated.Finally,the system based on the existed three-dimensional warehouse as the prototype,design of the three-dimensional warehouse management system based on RFID.The system comprehensively analyzed the system requirements and the functions to be realized,used SQL Server 2012 to created the database,and used C#in the Visual Studio 2015 to edit the system and realize the information management of the three-dimensional warehouse.This system can realize the automatic collection of the storage information of the warehouse,the allocation of the goods,the management level of the warehouse,the improvement of the efficiency of the storage of the three-dimensional warehouse,the reduction of the operation flow and the operation personnel The amount of work.
