Abstract/Summary:
Traditional manufacturing industries in the manufacturing process will produce a large numberof finished product, these finished products often need to be stored in a large warehouse.It requires alot of manpower to carry out statistics and maintain data by using the traditional approach,also itmay cause errors. This paper proposed a location management system based on RFID for productsin warehouse and gives implementation of the system.For the localization-related technology, this paper focuses on the existing RFID-basedpositioning technologies and the use of wireless sensor technology for positioning. Compare theadvantages and disadvantages of various positioning methods and location algorithm by analyzingthe existing domestic and international newer papers. Analysis and design of warehouse which is alarge outdoor environment management system based on RFID positioning.This paper gives the overall design of the system architecture and the specific model ofRFID-based positioning. This model is primarily used RFID reader with a lot has been writtenposition encoder passive RFID tag information to locate storage items. The positioning accuracythis positioning model proposed based on the actual environment and the positioning accuracy isvery high. To research the system in four core modules based on the overall design and positioningmodel. When the detailed design of the system, this paper gives the specific operational proceduresof the positioning model. And four core functional modules of the system were carried out adetailed analysis and design.By Using the ARM embedded single board operating RFID reader fordata collection in the data collection model.Presents a more suitable application layer protocol andimplemented a network to support high-concurrency server between the acquisition device and thenetwork server interaction module.Users can easily operate the manage system by the WEB-basedaccess.Finally, functions of the prototype system were to be tested, according to test results,thedemand of item location can be basically meet by using this management system,this systemprovides a viable and reliable solution for locating and managing large outdoor goods in warehouse.
