Warehouse Management System(WMS) plays an i mportant role in logistical supply chains. While, nowadays most enterprises in China have a very limited level on WMS, and they mainly rely on manual operation, inefficient and high cost. Enterprises cannot manage the warehouse data accurately in real-time. With the increased competition among enterprises, to improve the management lever using informatization and advanced technology is more demanded.This thesis starts from the point of the existing problem in warehouse managing in some domestic enterprise, and sorts the warehouse operation process which are using RFID technology, and analysis the customer requirements, and finally develops the warehouse management system according to customers’ actual situations. This dissertation elaborates the framework of system network, composition of the front part- RFID recognizing devices, and solution of environment information acquisition. The system contains basic data management, warehouse operation management, warehouse environment monitoring, and data exchange. This article emphatically describes the design and achievement of multiple functions, including management of user and authorization, storage management, outflow management, Inventory information query, environment information monitoring and data exchange.The system adapts a three-tier, using two research modes of B/S and CS. It makes system analysis and design with object-oriented method. The system is based on development of C#, Combined with the technology of HTML, CSS, Java Script, web service, AJAX, etc. The middleware is used to solve the management problem of multiple types of reader, and web service technology is used to solve the problem of data exchange between multiple systems, meanwhile, the method of processing and storage of temperature and hu midity streaming data is designed and implemented.The system achieves all business functions in customer requirements. It has good extension, and with reserved interface for the follow-up software and hardware expansion. The system has friendly user inter face, simple operation, and is easy to use. RFID labels are never wrong read and missed. The collection of environmental data is fast and accurate. The system’s successful running gets praise from the users. And also it fully combines characteristics of th e RFID technology, actual needs of warehouse management. It has relieved the drawbacks that for long time, the users have relied on manual operation. The system helps to reduce the probability of error, improves the work efficiency of the warehouse managem ent, and provides accurate data for Systematic decision.
