With the development of network technology and the popularity of Internetterminals, people’s growing demand for network information grows day by day. Butthe explosive growth of information far beyond people’s imagination, which is veryuncoordinated people’s information needs. Dominant proportion of young users andthe steady growth of the academic community become lose in the face of massive andirregularities academic information. It is the key whether the Information can be used.Therefore, how to explore the vast information from their own wants is the core pointof academic workers and various academic sites of concern, and the information theuser is most concerned about academic issues. In order to improve network utilizationacademic information, and the factors which will affect the subject of this articlewhen research workers and academics, users, site managers and research institutionsusing the information. After reading a lot of literature on the basis of economicmanagement class forum, for example, combined with Smith consumerdecision-making mechanism of the model and the theoretical model Ai Qing, themodel of this paper is proposed,which involved all the factors from communicators,communication channels, the information itself and the recipient of four dimensionsproposed hypotheses.Through research and surveys to optimize the network considerthe credibility of the standard academic information,and through reliability analysisto verify the validity of the questionnaire survey results are reliable and effective.And the use of AMOS software assess the structural equation model is correct; studyresults show that:(1) Academic information network of professional communicators,motivation and personal trust recipients tend to have positive effects on the credibilityof information sources;(2)The similarity of the communicator and the recipient weakpositive effect on the credibility of information sources;(3) The recipientprofessional no significant effect on the credibility of information sources;(4) Therecipient site reliability and site-dependent channels have positive effects onconfidence;(5) The information content of objectivity, integrity and confirmatoryhave positive effects on the credibility of the information content;(6) Source credibility, the credibility of information channels and information content havepositive effects on the credibility of the information network of academic credibility.By understanding the academic information network reliability factors, and thesefactors affect the extent of the impact on network logic and credibility of academicinformation, can help enrich and improve the network of academic informationresources evaluation theory, and improve the academic network users screeningcapacity. By making management recommendations, help strengthen academicenvironment and promote academic development for users to be better, and provide agood academic environment for all.
