And it is also great significant for users how to use the academic information resources of the internet effectively, especial the high-quality academic resources.This paper mainly talks about the theories and the methods of the evaluation of the academic information resources on the network, and design methodology based on the theory of evaluation systems. First, it discusses the principles and methods of the evaluation of academic information resources on the network in the review of the theoretical analysis. And it also supplements the general principles of the academic information resources of the network and makes them more perfect. And then a variety of evaluation methods is introduced and analyzed the advantages and the weaknesses. At the same time, it analyzes the feasibility of various evaluation methods. Next this paper studies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the academic information resources of the network. The innovation of the theory and the emphasis of the discussion in the paper are that fuzzy mathematical methods are applied to the evaluation of academic information resources on the network.
