With the development of Internet,academic information communication has a new platform.The mode of academic information communication has also changed.The transmission mode of academic information has gone through the stages from the ancient mode of interpersonal communication to the mode of mass communication and the mode of network communication.The change of the mode of communication promotes the development of academic information communication to high quality and high efficiency.But in the face of a large amount of academic information,we are really difficult to distinguish.If the reader does not apply directly,there will be serious consequences.Therefore,the evaluation of network academic information communication is becoming increasingly important,it is of great significance for the effective use of network academic information resources,so that high-quality academic resources for scholars to use.In the past,the evaluation system mainly focused on the indicators of bibliometrics to measure and evaluate,and did not pay attention to the collection of information feedback by the majority of scholars.At present,the research experts are relatively few,and many experts in cross disciplinary evaluation are difficult to find suitable experts.Many experts are on the level of human relations to implement the relevant opinions,the evaluation results can not reflect the scientific nature,can not reflect the authenticity.No matter what kind of academic information,the information receiver is ultimately for the final consumer,is the academic information on the number of readers,compared with the number of other experts are more,and for the academic information of interest to different extent,and the quality of the journal for general evaluation.Under artificial conditions,the work is difficult to implement,and there are certain limitations.Will there be break through Internet technology limited,better for the academic information receiver provides a more convenient platform for information feedback through Internet technology,through a better understanding of the academic information platform evaluation of academic information and reading,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,further evaluation of the academic information network,and finally through the Internet for the dissemination of academic information has certain feasibility.With the rapid development of science and technology,computer science and technology matures,more and more people have their own views and opinions through the network channels to communicate,and gradually become one of the most popular form of communication.Blogs,forums and business websites,which typically generate users' comments on the Internet platform,are valuable for users.These comments directly express the user's affirmative or negative attitude.But these vast amounts of information and comments have caused users to interfere while browsing.More and more scholarly information costs a lot of time when we are firmly committed to it.For example,when scholars obtain academic information on the Internet,other users' comments and messages will provide reference opinions and suggestions.In this paper,the evaluation model of network academic information dissemination effect is proposed,and the analysis and mining of these comments can play a key role in the positive and negative communication analysis of the communication effects mentioned in this article.The excavation of these academic information reviews is of great significance to both the author and the readers.Based on this,a sentiment analysis based on sentiment dictionary is proposed.On the basis of acquiring HowNet dictionary,a network sentiment dictionary is constructed,and the basic dictionary is perfected and supplemented.Thus,the sentiment analysis is conducted based on a structured dictionary and experiments are conducted.
