With the continuous development of computer technology and maturedinformation management systems, an increasing number of companies andorganizations are beginning to introduce management information systems to achieveinformation management at different levels. The amount of information generated in theprocess of personnel management in Police Station is very large, but it stays doingpersonnel using Excel, resulting in non-standard information, poor sharing, inefficientsituation, which is unable to meet the present work demands. Introducting informationtechnology for information management has incomparable advantages over traditionalmethods. For example, quicker retrieval, easy to find, flexible management, highreliability, huge storage, security, long life and low cost. So it is an inevitable trend todevelop a reliable and efficient Personnel Management Information System for modernPolice Station.This design is based on the human resources management business ofWenzhouCity Police Station Ouhai Departmental. Combined with the theory of human resourcesand the actual needs of human resource management, a scientific and rational humanresource management program was designed and developed. This paper describes somemajor system development theories and key technologies, then uses the Java EEplatform and the MVC framework technology to build this human resourcemanagement information. The system function covers the main daily personnelmanagement business of Wenzhou City Police Station Ouhai Departmental, basicallymeets the users and performance requirements. Meanwhile, easier maintenance, highcode reusability, easy debugging make it able to provide fast, accurate data. System testproves our system can improve the standardization of human resource management forWenzhou City Police Station Ouhai Departmental. |
