With the liberalization of financial supervision, competition between financialenterprises became more and more intense. In this situation, the development ofenterprise was seriously affected by the ability to attract, retain and use qualifiedpersonnel. The performance assessment and bonus distribution play an important roleon the enterprise to attract, retain and use the qualified personnel.Thesis introduced the computerization on process on performance assessment andbonus distribution work of a bank’s branch. The article discussed the design andimplementation of performance assessment and bonus distribution system. Include:the purpose, system requirements analysis, technology selection, the overall design ofthe system modules, performance appraisal sub-module analysis and design, a part ofthe system view and implementation code.Thesis focused on three major problems in the performance assessment and bonusdistribution system. The first is how to collect and change the data from different datasources with complex formats. The second is made the system adapt to frequentadjustments of assessment and distribution program. The third is quantifiedqualitative assessment item. In the article we will discussion the three problems andtry to give the solutions.
