With the development of economic globalization, logistics has become a most rapiddevelopment industry, and automated warehouse is one of most advanced in the modernlogistics industry. In automatic warehouse building, the computer simulation is helpful forplanning and efficient operation. Develop an efficient and simple computer3d simulationplatform have an important meaning for the automated warehouse simulation. This paper haveresearch involoves main problems for automated warehouse simulation platform development,the main work is as folloes:1. Domestic and international logistics simulation software function and characteristic isstudied, and the advantages and disadvantages of each simulation software are analysed.Sums up the logistics simulation software in the future should be provided with the functionand characteristics2. Design the automated multi-layered storehouse simulation platform overall plan,studies the OpenGL relative content, and Build virtual simulation platform parts inVC8.0.These parts including:3D simulation environment, the establishment of drawingwarehouse3D graphics display, data storage, and the simulation of the realization ofanimation. Through the experimental results verify the feasibility of the system.3. Through the synchronization of database server and system, finished the simulationplatform of data storage, and on this basis, provide the system efficiency evaluation algorithminterface. It makes the true platform to the utility and professional further strengthened.4. For automated warehouse stacker no-load problem, design stacker double commandevaluation algorithm. The experiment shows that the algorithm can improve the workingefficiency of the stacking machine, and improve warehouse the goods throughput.
