| The automatic three-dimensional warehouse makes it easier to operate in the warehouse by using the storage equipment,which can realize the tasks of reasonable upper level of the warehouse,automatic access of goods,inventory back to the warehouse and so on.It is a system form with high technical level at present.Due to the large investment,long construction period and complicated internal management of automated warehouse system,it is not conducive to putting automated warehouse system into teaching practice.Develop a real-time control of automatic stereo warehouse system of 3d virtual simulation platform,not only can be used in the engineering project in visual surveillance,more convenient in the teaching on the automated multi-layered storehouse virtual simulation project practice of the project,causes the student to learn various skills in practice,also develop software applications for the enterprise and engineering practice all aspects of the development of modern talent cost savings.In this paper,the research of using Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)real-time control automatic three-dimensional warehouse three-dimensional model system is carried out.The main research contents are as follows: the design of logic control system of automatic three-dimensional warehouse based on PLC,the design of real-time communication system between control layer and 3d view layer based on PLC,and the design of 3d model simulation system based on automatic three-dimensional warehouse.Firstly,this paper studied the principle of automatic three-dimensional warehouse system and PLC control,selected some control equipment in the automatic three-dimensional warehouse as the research focus,analyzed its process and designed the PLC logic control program of the main control equipment in the automatic three-dimensional warehouse system.Secondly,based on the study of PLC communication principle and Unreal Engine 4(UE4)simulation software,the communication interface between the two modules was designed in Visual Studio2019 by means of Shared memory,and the data exchange between PLC module and 3d model system module was realized.Finally,Solid Work,3D Max and other software were used to build a 3D model of the storage equipment in the automated 3D warehouse system,which was imported into unreal engine 4.The 3D model was rendered through unreal engine 4 and the working process animation of the 3D model equipment was designed using the blueprint function.This project has achieved the goal of controlling the operation process of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse equipment 3d model system by PLC,and has a wide application prospect in the practical engineering application and experimental teaching. |
