As an important part of modern logistics system,Automated Warehouse has attracted more and more attention and favor because of excellent features such as three-dimensional storage,automatic sending and receiving,informational management.A reasonable and efficient Automated Warehouse can significantly reduce the area,increase storage capacity,improve storage efficiency,shorten the storage cycle and speed up the cash flow,it's of great significance for improving the competitiveness of enterprises.So in this article,we describes how to apply digital factory technology to the design and planning process of Automated Warehouse.By using the virtual environment to simulate the real system,make the system problems exposed before investment and construction,avoiding rework,saving design costs and shorten the design cycle.And through the assessment and optimization,to develop a highly personalized design for enterprises.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the current research status of related technologies both at home and abroad are introduced in the paper to explain the research significance of this issue.It mainly elaborates the concept and characteristics of digital factory,the key technology and typical application of digital factory,and introduces the development environment and usage skills of digital factory simulation software 3DCreate.Then,the paper summarizes the performance parameters,system structure,major equipment,planning and design steps of the Automated Warehouse,introduces the calculation and design methods of the key parameters of the Automated Warehouse in detailed,and analyzes the modeling and simulation technology of discrete event system represented by Automated Warehouse,introduces the workflow of Automated Warehouse,and uses Petri nets to model it,and analyzes the rationality of the model.Finally,according to the concrete construction requirements,the steps of building the Automated Warehouse simulation system in the digital factory simulation software 3DCreate are systematically demonstrated.By simulating the operation and collecting simulation data to analyze the performance of the system,aiming at the shortcomings of the original design method,the optimization scheme is put forward and verified in the paper.By using the method proposed in this paper,we can quickly build an Automated Warehouse simulation model,through the analysis and optimization,to get a practical and effective design solutions to guide the establishment of physical equipment.
