As the hub of enterprise production and transportation,automated three-dimensional warehouse integrates multiple functions such as transportation,storage,and distribution,and has become an indispensable part of manufacturing enterprises.However,with the expansion of enterprise production scale and the increase of transportation speed,the automated warehouse under the single-entry/entrance layout mode no longer meets the demand.Therefore,this article takes the two way automatic three-dimensional warehouse as the object,studies its cargo distri-bution plan and stacker crane scheduling optimization strategy,improves the utilization rate of warehouse space,shortens the running time of stacker storage and retrieval of goods.Aiming at the problem of two-way automated three-dimensional warehouse storage space allocation,a storage space allocation model with the goals of product storage efficiency,shelf center of gravity and product aggregation is established.An improved hybrid frog leaping algorithm simulation optimization model is proposed,and a new model is designed.The local update strategy introduces an adaptive dynamic synchronization factor to make the distribution of goods jump out of the local optimum and maintain the global search capability,which makes up for the slow convergence speed of the frog-leapfrog algorithm when-solving complex problems,and it is easy to fall into the local optimum.Four test functions are used to test the improved hybrid leapfrog algorithm,which verifies the correctness of the algorithm.Example verification shows that the improved hybrid leapfrog algorithm has fewer iterations,faster convergence speed,and more reasonable cargo location optimization compared with the standard genetic algorithm and leapfrog algorithm.Aiming at the stacker scheduling problem of the two-way automated three-dimensional warehouse,the characteristics of stacker loading/unloading operations under the dual loading/receiving platform mode are analyzed,and a combination of single operation instruction and compound operation instruction is proposed.Based on the operating time of the stacker to store/retrieve the goods,a stacker scheduling model suitable for two-way three-dimensional warehouses is established.Through the improved integration of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm,the movement path of the stacker is optimized.The example simulates the scheduling of the two-way warehouse stacker,and the optimal pathfor the stacker operation is obtained,which effectively improves the stacker The operating efficiency and robustness.Design a two-way automated warehouse simulation system based on distribution of goods and stackers scheduling,to achieve the operating performance of simulation analysis and condition monitoring,it provides guidance to enhance the operating performance of the warehouse.
