The automated three-dimensional warehouse which integrating storage,handling and distribution plays a significant role in the logistics warehousing link.At the same time,the warehousing cost also occupies a large part of the logistics cost.With the rapid development of the logistics industry,reducing logistics costs has gradually become a concern of all sectors of society.In the automated threedimensional warehouse,the reasonable allocation of cargo spaces and the optimization of the stacker picking path can effectively improve the in-out efficiency of the automated three-dimensional warehouse,and ultimately achieve the purpose of reducing logistics costs.Therefore,it has important practical significance and value to research on the optimization of cargo space and the path optimization of stacker in automated three-dimensional warehouse.The main studies are as follows.Firstly,in view of the problem of space allocation in automated threedimensional warehouses,the ABC classification method is introduced to classify the goods.Class A and B goods are mainly managed,and classified storage is adopted,while C type goods are stored in random storage.The cargo space of Class A and B goods is optimized,a multi-objective cargo space optimization model is established according to the principle of upper light and lower weight,the principle of efficiency of goods entering and leaving the warehouse and the principle of FIFO(first-in-first-out),and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the case.Secondly,in order to further verify the rationality of the proposed optimization scheme of cargo space allocation,the Flexsim simulation software is used to simulate it.The rationality of the proposed optimization scheme of cargo space allocation is evaluated from three aspects: whether congestion occurs,the time of model running and the balance of the stacker’s operation,so as to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme of cargo space.Finally,in view of the low efficiency of the picking operation of the stacker in the automated three-dimensional warehouse,the research is mainly carried out from two aspects: on the one hand,by analyzing the single and double operation cycle modes of the stacker,in order to reduce the empty load of the stacker and improve the operation efficiency,a method of picking operation based on the dual operation cycle mode is proposed.On the other hand,taking the shortest working time of the stacker crane as the optimization objective to establish a mathematical model of path optimization,the genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model,and the optimal picking path of the stacker is obtained.
