In recent years,China's manufacturing industry is facing fierce competition and cost increase,they hope to improve industrial automation level so as to achieve the goal of improving manufacturing level,increasing production efficiency and saving production costs.As an advanced equipment which integrates the logistics storage management and automation technology,the automatic warehouse can help them to realize the full automation of storage and logistics,reduce the direct and indirect costs of logistics links,therefore,many companies begin to build automated warehouse.Automated warehouses are mostly concentrated in tobacco,logistics or automotive industries.Planning and construction of automated warehouses in other industries started late with little experience.There are some problems that do not match the current situation of the industry,it is difficult to give full play to the advantages of automated warehouse.Take the modified plastic industry as an example,its production has multi-product,small quantity,multi-batch of characteristics.How to build an automated warehouse,whether it can give full efficiency,are all very urgent problems.This paper will focus on the above key issues,it has important research and practical significance to resolve planning,integration,and usage,the main research work is summarized as follows:According to the actual situation of the modified plastic production and the demand of the intelligent factory,start layout planning and system integration design of automated warehouse,the realization of the automated warehouse construction based on the intelligent factory.It has important research and practical significance to resolve planning,integration,and usage issues.This paper will focus on the above key issues,the main research work is summarized as follows:1.Study on the key problems in the layout planning of the automated warehouse and the basic principles of the design,determine its design and implementation scheme.2.Research on the relationship among the manufacturing and warehousing logistics,combined with ERP,WMS and MES,establish a network structure cooperation with multi-system to realize the systematization and intellectualization of the factory.3.In view of the specific demand of modified plastics,overall planning is carried out at the level of intelligent factory.According to the storage planning,research on the optimization algorithm of the warehouse management to improve the intelligent management of automated warehouse and improve the efficiency of the automated warehouse system.4.The technology of automatic identification and Realization of safety monitoring and inspection is preliminarily explored,which provides a reference for the analysis of the application of identification technology in storage logistics.This paper takes the automatic warehouse in Jiangsu base of Kingfa as the research object,through research on key issues,the problems of construction,integration and use have been preliminarily solved,give full play to the advantages of automatic operation and reduce the logistics cost of the company.This paper combines theory and practice,study on the layout design and storage planning,solved the problem of how to plan and build.On the basis of planning research,through the analysis and study of process,system integration and optimization,realize the system integration and intelligent production of the factory.
