Simulation Of Auto Storage And Retrieval Vehicle Simulator Handling Efficiency

With the progress of the world economy and information technology,the demand for logistics and warehousing services in commercial production and manufacturing,retail,supermarket chain,e-commerce gradually increased.Modern logistics industry pays more and more attention on reducing material consumption and improving labor productivity of enterprises,in order to maximize benefits.Based on the management philosophy of emphasis on the efficient use of warehouse space and warehouse operations emphasize cost minimization in modern warehousing logistics industry,this paper presents two new high-density automated warehouse layout named annular-like warehouse and comb-like warehouse.It increases warehouse storage density,lower construction cost.And this paper then developed a traffic management rules based on the actual work feasible for each warehouse layout which can greatly improve the efficiency of access to goods.In addition,the paper also describes the automated storage and retrieval vehicle control system design based on ASP.NET.The control system uses B / S three-tier architecture,can be constructed and configured automated storage and retrieval vehicle and various warehouse,can send the appropriate task instructions by using agreement control algorithm for a specific automated storage and retrieval vehicle.In the framework of the warehouse control system,this paper developed the automated storage and retrieval vehicle simulator,and do a computer simulation of its handling efficiency combined with automated storage and retrieval vehicle control systems.The automated storage and retrieval vehicle simulator can communicates with the warehouse control systems through the task decomposition,task instructions read,in all aspects of task execution,token management,status feedback and so on.The automated storage and retrieval vehicle simulator can be on the page real-time simulation shuttle car status,it verified the correctness of the instruction dispatch control system,test the practicality of traffic management rules,optimized the vehicle scheduling warehouse and improved warehouse throughput,in order to ensure enterprise warehouse minimize operating costs,there is an important reference role in practical engineering applications.
