Research On The Military Training Project Of The Private College

Our China’s military training of college students has worked through more thantwenty years of history， and achieved fruitful results. But independent college， asan important part of higher education in our country， because of the set up time isgenerally shorter， less times of military training project， the lack of relevantprofessionals， profoundly realize that the quality of military training for collegestudents will directly determine the school talent training and even seriously restrictthe development of the independent colleges. Therefore， to enhance the effect ofCollege Students’ military training is a necessary condition for private universitytalent training， and through scientific and reasonable military training， the existingdrawbacks of military training students in private colleges could be found， with lessmanpower， material and financial resources to pay， and reasonable arrangementsfor the trainees in the process of military training can be completed with effectivenessand high quality.Based on this， the paper based on the project management theory， analyzeseach step of the current private college students military training project. Amongthem， in the process of the college students’ military training activities， theapplication of the project time management， project cost control management，responsibility assignment among staff， project communication management andproject quality management is largely used. And then， taking a private university asan example， through analyzing the present situation of the civilian run CollegeStudents’ military training project analysis， the paper is trying to find out theproblems and possible reasons in organizing the college-level militarily trainingthrough the investigation and empirical analysis， combined with the actual situation of the independent colleges， such as: planning schedule needed to better process oforganization of military training activities; improving the ability of reasonable costcontrol system; dealing with the problems of imbalanced personnel responsibilityallocation; bettering the level of conveying information. Finally the paper is trying toprovide the improving measures and suggestions in order to find suitable privateindependent college military training activities and ultimately improve the quality ofprivate university talents training.This study plays a important part for the guidance for military training of China’sprivate colleges and universities to improve the quality of military training both attheoretical and practical level.
