In recent years, private college logistics socialization reform has been continuing to develop, its operational efficiency, support capacity and service quality have been significantly improved and it has provided a strong support for the teaching and researching development of higher education. Through nearly10years of reform, the private Colleges gradually summarized several modes of operation of logistics services on the way of the logistics socialization. It mainly concludes the traditional logistic model, Party A/B patterns and social co-ordination mode. Based on their characteristics, Colleges selects the appropriate mode of operation of logistics services to meet their logistical needs, but in fact, private college logistics services remains "high cost, low efficiency" phenomenon, logistics costs are not effectively controlled, logistics services will seriously affect college work efficiency, which is the current private colleges logistical urgent problem.This paper takes Zhejiang Yuying College of Vocational Technology as an example, It analyzes its current logistics cost control status and tries to find out the problems. After researching, it is believed that the personnel costs and procurement costs is the key points to affect the logistics cost control, and according to the characteristics of private colleges logistics services, it puts forward to build effective evaluation index system and periodic cost control system, sets up reasonable logistical organizational structure and introduce the information technology support services, such as several institutional designs. In order to control cost effectively, attain the goal of "Low cost, High efficiency" of logistics service.、...
