Performance evaluation has be the major focus of human resources related work forquite a long time. A scientific performance evaluation system should be able to honestlyreflect the status of employees’ work, and should be able to raise the stability andcompetitiveness of employees. But, the difficulty of such is always on the point that how tomake up an effective and down to earth performance evaluation system.This article is focused on S training company, specifically their trainer team. Thearticle analyses the existing performance evaluation system, and by using methods such asliterature study, survey research, comparison, qualitative analysis, the article is able tomark out the problems the existing system is facing, and to propose an optimized plan thatis able to being demonstrated.The study of this article should not only focused on solving the problem of certain Straining company, but also be a good reference to all the schools and training companiesout there that facing the similar problem. The ultimate goal of this study is to provide acertain degree of efforts on the practical study of performance evaluation systems fortrainers and teachers.
