Purpose: To further understand the current situation of job burnout of nurses in Fujian provincial hospitals, and provide a theoretical basis for the management of nursing;nursing staff and nursing managers to understand the nurse job burnout, providing theoretical and practical guidance for prevention, elimination and reduce the job burnout of nurses, improve the physical and mental health of nurses, improve the quality of care, stability of nurses, reduce the loss of nursing staff; for the future development of job burnout of nurses deeper to broaden the perspective.Methods:1.literature:mainly to check, collecting, sorting the nurse job burnout and related data, and studying aspects of nurse job burnout and other writings, this article.2.Questionnaire study:Through the questionnaire in a certain range of job burnout of nurses, facing the problems and challenges were investigated, first hand information. This study used stratified sampling method, select 480 cases of 7 Fujian provincial hospitals serving with nurse practitioner certificate and work for more than a year, the clinical nurses in Department of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology,pediatrics, emergency department. The Chinese version of the NBS, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ), social support rating scale(SSRS) were investigated, for data collection, statistics and analysis with SPSS.Results:1.The surveyed nurses mild job burnout is 18.86%, moderate burnout is 30.91%,high job burnout is 50.23%, job burnout in nurses group belongs to the high status,emotional exhaustion is serious, is not conducive to the nursing work, affect the quality of nursing service.2.Nurse demographic characteristics, such as age, nursing age, marital status, has a close relationship with the nurse job burnout, development rules of job lassitude of nurses and demography characteristics.3.Negative coping nurse job burnout rate is high, a positive correlation; actively respond to the nurse job burnout rate is low, negative correlation.4.Good social support can effectively reduce the incidence rate of job burnout,and vice versa, is job burnout rate is high.Conclusion: Fujian provincial hospital nurse job burnout is serious, nurses are high risk job burnout, nursing managers should pay more attention to nurses,, the implementation mechanism of long-term effective nursing management, prevent and reduce the job burnout of nurses, improve the quality of nursing service fundamentally,ensuring nursing safety,keep the team of nurse stable.
