The professional nature of the doctor decides it is a high burnout groups. As the direct object of its work, the patient first became the victims of the doctor burnout. Burnout has greatly influenced the quality of our medical and doctor's physical and mental health, reducing organizational performance. China's rapid economic development, rapid social change, professional sense of instability intensified, making people feel unprecedented pressure, public hospital doctor's burnout more serious problems. It has a positive reference value to find the impact of factors and interventions of a clinician's job burnout, and improve the value of public hospitals'human capital the establishment of viable and efficient human resource incentives. Also, it can accumulate experience for our country is currently caught in the dilemma in the reform of public hospitals and to provide new ideas.This study through the literature to provide a job burnout model, and investigate the work of clinicians in public hospitals of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and explore the structure and dimensions of the medical staff burnout.The findings of this study indicate that:clinicians in public hospitals of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone,77.07% of the clinicians have a certain degree of emotional exhaustion phenomenon.69.17% of the clinicians is a more serious degree of depersonalization.73.31% of the clinician's sense of personal achievement is relatively low. Burnout, demographic characteristics, gender, age, education, job title, duties, work departments, the hospital level, work experience and to the degree of burnout of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone clinicians in public hospitals. Coping styles, social support, source of stress and work pressure intensity also have the degree of burnout for clinicians in public hospitals in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.
