Objective: By means of investigating and analyzing the occupational burnout status of doctors in three-A Chinese hospitals in Xinjiang,this study makes the exploration over the characteristics of job burnout,social support,problem-solving styles,the relationships between turnover tendency and job burnout,and the relevant influencing factors,in order to find practical ways of improving the working enthusiasm and work efficiency of doctors in TCM hospitals,and enhancing the overall job well-being and sense of accomplishment.Methods: A random sampling of 600 doctors in four selected 3As Chinese medicine hospitals in Xinjiang was conducted using cluster sampling 600 questionnaires distributed in the questionnaire survey of general demographic questionnaire,occupational Burnout Scale(MBI),social support rating Scale(SRSS),simple coping style scale(SCSQ)and turnover propensity scale.560 copies of the effective questionnaires were withdrawn.Using SPSS23.0 Software Statistic Analysis,the results were analyzed by T-Test,descriptive statistic analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,single factor variance analysis and linear regression analysis.Results: 1.In this study,the detection rate of the doctor's Affective Exhaustion(>20)was 32.5%,that of >10 was31.4%,and that of low achievement feeling(>33)was 35.2%.The ratio of zero,mild,moderate and severe degree of job burnout among doctors was 33.8%,39.1%,22.7% and3.9% respectively.2.Demographic profiling shows: the emotional exhaustion and humanization of male doctors were higher than those of females,the group of doctors with age of 30-39 had the highest emotional exhaustion and humanization,while the low extent of the sense of achievement increased with the increase of age.The emotional exhaustion and humanization of the divorced doctors group were significantly higher than those of the married and unmarried groups,The achievement of unmarried group was lower than thatof married,a divorced group;the higher the doctor's degree was,the more serious the emotional exhaustion and the more humane degree would be as well as the lower the degree of achievement feeling would turn out to be.With the promotion of personal title,emotional exhaustion,humanization and job burnout have reached the highest level in the intermediate title stage.After the promotion of the deputy high title of the decline,the division director go to humane degree than ordinary doctors,in the sense of achievement is lower than the average doctors.There are significant differences in department of doctors ' job burnout,the highest degree of emotional exhaustion in internal medicine,the highest degree of human nature in anesthesiology,the highest level of pediatric achievement,and the highest levels of occupational burnout.The number of years of work in the 10-to-19-year doctor group with emotional failure,the level of humanization and burnout is the highest,and the number of doctors who have worked for more than 30 years is the highest,and the overall degree of emotional exhaustion and burnout is the highest in the group with the highest income of 7000 yuan;with the extension of the average day of working hours,their doctors ' emotional exhaustion,the overall level of humanization and job burnout are aggravated;the number of the doctors on duty for 5-8 times is the largest group with the most emotional exhaustion,the most humane degree;with the increase of the number of shifts,the sense of accomplishment declined,while the degree of burnout increased;the emotional exhaustion of personnel,More humane than hiring other doctors.3.The higher the level of social support is,the lower the degree of job burnout will be.There are negative correlation,negative predictive function,positive coping with low job burnout,positive coping and job burnout,negative correlation,negatively predictive effect,and the doctor group with high turnover tendency has the most obvious potential of burnout.Turnover tendency and job burnout are positively correlated,and job burnout has a positive predictive effect on turnover tendency.4.Personal title,daily working time,negative should be the positive influential factor of emotional exhaustion degree,the form of employment,the use of support,objective support,positive response as negative factors;daily working time and negative coping are the positive influences on humanization degree,whereas subjective support,utilization degree of support,positive response are negative influential factors.The positive factors of low achievement feeling are age,subjective support,actively respond,education,departments,night shift frequency,the use of support,negative response to negative factors;but income,daily working hours,negative coping as the overall level of burnout factors,the use of support,positive response are considered as negative factors.Conclusion: 1.There is a certain degree ofjob burnout in the doctors of three-A Chinese medicine hospitals in Xinjiang,not serious at present.2.In Xinjiang three-A Chinese Medicine Hospital,the situation of doctors' job burnout is more serious in the group of intermediate title,gynecology department,the service 10-19 years,the high income,the daily long working time,the value night shift frequency.3.The degree of social support has an obvious positive effect on job burnout,and the positive coping style can effectively prevent and reduce the degree of job burnout of doctors,and the higher the degree of job burnout is,the more serious the turnover tendency will be.4.The main factors that affect the job burnout of doctors in Xinjiang are as follows: income,the length of daily work,the use of support,positive response,and negative coping.5.In order to effectively prevent and reduce the job burnout of doctors in the three-A Chinese medicine hospitals in Xinjiang,it is necessary to intervene from the government,society,organizations and individuals at various levels.
