Objective:Chronic urticaria is a common dermatological an allergic disease, Treg / Th17 cell are very important CD4 + cells subsets that the study had found in recent years, Th17 /Treg balance plays an important role in the immune regulation, has in autoimmune diseases get more and more attention. Interleukin prime(IL)- 35 is a characteristic negative immune regulatory factor newly discovered by Treg cells, IL-17 is secreted by Th17 cells of cytokines, both in autoimmune diseases, inflammation, cancer and other play an important role. At present, IL-35 and IL-17 correlation in chronic urticaria still not research at home and abroad, this study through the detection serum interleukin 35 and 17 expression level of patients with chronic urticaria, To investigate the expression and significance of interleukin IL- 35 and IL17 in chronic urticaria.Methods:60 cases of patients with CU were diagonosed recruited for evaluation by UAS grade standar, while 60 the healthy persons from physical examination center were recruited as control group. Serum level of IL-35 and IL-17 were detected by using ELISA method, and the correlation between serum IL-35 and IL-17 levels and CU severity scores was also analyzed.Rsults :The serum levels of IL-35 of patients in CU group was lower than in control group with statistically significant(P < 0.05); The serum level of IL-35 of patients in CU groupwas higher than in control group, which has a significant diffrerence statistically(P <0.05).The expression level of IL-35 were negatively correlated with CU severity score(P<0.05), while IL-17 were positively correlated(P<0.05). The serum levels of IL-35 were negatively correlated with IL17 in CU(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of IL-35 of patients in CU group was lower than in control group with statistically significant, and with disease severity was negatively correlated, suggesting that in healthy volunteers, IL-35 may act as a protective cytokines to maintain the immune balance. The serum IL-17 level of CU patients was significantly higher than that of the healthy people, and it was positively correlated with the severity of the disease,There was no significant correlation with the course of disease, age and sex, which suggested that the incidence of chronic urticaria may be related to the increase of IL-17 secretion.IL-35 and IL-17 in the CU was negatively correlated, may be the immune suppression of IL-35 decreased IL-17 secretion increased, suggesting that IL-17, IL-35 play an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria.
