Objective:To detect the expression levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and interleukin-25 in serum of patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria(CSU),and to analyze the relationship between its level and CSU.And to lay a foundation for the study of pathogenesis and treatment of CSU in the future. Methods: 40 patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria were selected as the case group and30 healthy subjects were the control group. The expression level of 25(OH)D in peripheral serum of CSU and healthy control subjects was detected by electrochemiluminescence;the expression level of IL-25 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The differences between 25(OH)D and IL-25 in the case group and the control group were compared, the relationship between differential expression and the development of CSU was analyzed, and the correlation between 25(OH)D and IL-25 in CSU was further analyzed by SPSS20.0 software. Results :1.The expression level of 25(OH)D in serum of patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria was(19.48±7.41)ng/ml lower than that in the control group(23.23±6.43)ng/ml,It was significantly different when compared with the two groups.(t=2.21,P<0.05),the distribution level of 25(OH)D in the two groups were significantly different(H = 30.04,p<0.01).2.The expression level of 25(OH)D in serum of patients with CSU was significantly correlated with the severity of the disease(r=-0.35,p<0.05).3.The expression IL-25 level in serum of patients with CSU was(124.59±19.32)pg/ml higher than that in the control group(107.33±14.57)pg/ml.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(t= 4.09,P<0.05).4.The IL-25 expression level in serum of patients with CSU was positively correlated with the severity of the disease(r=0.417,p<0.05).5.There was not significant correlation between 25(OH)D exression level and IL-25 expression level in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria(r=-0.106,p>0.05).Conclusion: The expression level of 25(OH)D in CSU groups was significantly decreased when compared with that of the control group, and the expression level of 25(OH)D in CSU patients was negatively correlated with the severity of the disease,However, the level of Il-25 was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was positively correlated with the severity of patients with CSU,indicating that 25(OH)D and IL-25 may be involved in the development of CSU at the same time.Further analysis revealed that there was no significant correlation between the expression level of 25(OH)D levels and IL-25.Therefore,25(OH)D and IL-25 may be functioned in different way during the development of CSU.
