| Objective: Observe mentor application adjustable gas raise blood tonga meridians buried line method both qi treatment of chronic urticaria type clinical curative effect ,and through the observation cases of chronic urticaria blood IL - 2, IL - 4 level of change ,,explore adjustable gas raise blood tonga meridians buried line method of treatment of chronic urticaria mechanism。Methods: 60 patients with chronic urticaria of both qi patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group adjustable gas raise blood soup for drinking,thread burying with acupuncture ,The control group oral liquid. Qufeng anti-itching,cooperate with jade screen capsule ,both are topical calamine,detailed records of symptoms and signs before and after treatment and related information,using radiation treatment group immune method to detect 20 cases (male eight and female 12) serum IL - 2, IL - 4 before and after the treatment of change。Result: Clinical research,the treatment group was better than control,and the recurrence rate is low,a statistically significant (P < 0.05).Laboratory research and treatment groups before treatment IL - 4 level increased significantly,compared with the normal control greup (P < 0.05). After treatment, IL - 4 levels were lower, with a statistical significance compared before treatment (P < 0.05),but group compared with normal no significant difference (P > 0.05);Treatment groups before treatment IL - 2 levels decreased remarkably group compared with normal greup ,after treatment, IL - 2 levels rise, compared with before treatment with a statistical significance. Conclusion: Adjustable gas raise blood tonga thread burying qufeng anti-itching points with liquid plus treatment of chronic urticaria jade screen capsule type are both qi has better clinical curative effect, But adjustable gas raise blood tonga thread burying efficacy is obvious points better than the latter, and the recurrence rate is low, is the treatment of chronic urticaria relatively ideal method.
