Objective:To explore the correlation between the specific Immunoglobulin E(s Ig E) of Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(Der p)and Interleukin-4(IL-4)levels presented in patients with chronic urticaria(CU).Methods:41 cases of the patient group, selected from the 2012-2014 period due to the trunk, face, limbs scattered beans to egg sizes of wheal with itching, and the total time of onset repeatedly over six weeks, the weekly episodes of not less than 2 times, each the incidence when the rash may subside without leaving any traces within one day, visiting a hospital in Grand Dermatology clinic, based on history and clinical manifestations diagnosed as chronic urticaria,age≥12 years of age, patients above Western blotting after Allergy Screen report card shows for house dust mite allergy; healthy group of 35 patients with severe heart, liver, kidney disease populations, and pregnant or nursing women not as a selected object, all patients and healthy group of people are not used within 30 days over hormones, immunomodulators and the like. Determination of house dust mite specific Ig E levels using Allergy Screen(sensitive screen) immunoblotting to determine levels of IL-4 ABCELISA method using experimental data obtained using SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis,t test to compare the two groups quantitative data,Pearson correlation analysis to compare the correlation between the index to α level equal to 0.05 for the test. Results:The levels of s Ig E and IL-4 were significant higher than those in normal controls(P<0.05).SIg E of Der p had no positive correlation with IL-4(r=0.717,P>0.05).Conclusions:This essay proves that s Ig E of Der p and IL-4 play important roles in the process of CU.
