[Object] To investigate the expression levels of IL-17and IL-23in peripheral blood of patients with chronic urticaria and discuss the role of Th17cells in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria.[Methods] There30chronic urticaria patients and30healthy control were enrolled in this study. The levels of IL-17and IL-23in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and their correlation was analyzed.[Results] The results showed that the expression levels of IL-17and IL-23were significantly elevated in patients with chronic urticaria as compared with healthy controls(P<0.05) and there were positively correlated.[Conclusion] The high expression of IL-17and IL-23in peripheral blood of patients with chronic urticaria and the Th17cells may play a role in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria. |
