A Clinical Study Of Influence On Related Risk Factors In Hypertension Excessive Phlegm-dampness Type By Jinxinpinglv Pill

Objective:This study through clinical design to observe the change of the hypertensive risk factors such as homocysteine c-reactive protein and uric acid in Hypertension Excessive Phlegm-dampness type by Jinxinpinglv pill To prove Jinxinpinglv pill for Hypertension excessive phlegm-dampness type patient can control blood pressure, hypertensive risk factors and improve clinical symptoms after the treatment.It is a better way for Hypertension Excessive Phlegm-dampness type patient to take to Jinxinpinglv pill control blood pressure, prevent hypertension of target organ damage and complications of appeared.Methods:In to 60 patients which accord the Diagnostic criteria of hypertension excessive phlegm-dampness type, randomly divided into treatment and control groups in 1:1 proportions, Control groups are given amlodipine besylate tablets 5mg po qd, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of Jianxinpinglv pill 6g po tid after meals, treatment for 4 weeks. Observed in blood pressure, TCM syndromes, homocysteine, c-reactive protein and uric acid level change before and after therapy.Result:Blood pressure level:after 4 weeks of treatment, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups (P＜0.01), there were significant in the treatment group than in the control group dropped significantly, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood in the treatment group were lower than in the control group (P＜0.05). The treatment group total effective rate was 87%, significantly better than 70% of the control group, significant difference between the two groups (p＜0.05).HCY change:HCY in control group and treatment group both declined (P＜0.01), there were significant difference with HCY level in the treatment group than the control group (P＜0.05).CRP change:Control group comparison with CRP level before and after treatment in the treatment group decreased significantly (P＜0.01), CRP level in the treatment group were lower than the control group (P＜0.01).UA change:The UA level before and after treatment significantly decreased in two groups(P＜0.01), there were different significantly between treatment groups and control group with UA level (P＜0.05).TCM syndrome:After 4 weeks, patients’syndrome in the control group and treatment group were improved, the points of TCM syndrome declined (P＜0.01), a statistically significant, the points of TCM syndrome after treatment in the treatment group is significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.01). The treatment group total effective rate was 87%, significantly better than 50% of the control group, significant difference between the two groups (p＜0.01).Conclusion:1、Jianxinpinglv pill can associate with amlodipine besylate tablets to reduce systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure for hypertension excessive phlegm-dampness type patients.2、Jianxinpinglv pill can improve the clinical symptoms of patients in hypertension excessive phlegm-dampness type3、Jianxinpinglv pill can decrease the level of HCY, CRP、UA, control hypertensive risk factors for hypertension excessive phlegm-dampness type patients.4、Jianxinpinglv pill is no side effects, it is a safe and effective drugs used as treatment of hypertension.
