| Purpose:To evaluate clinical effect on Spleen-Fortifying Phlegm-Transforming formula in p atients with essential hypertension due to excessive retention of phlegm-dampness,in or der to provide new clinical methods and techniques for treating hypertension.Method:64 patients with essential hypertension due to excessive retention of phlegm-damp ness(aged 35 to 65 years)who were treated by cardiovascular department and acupun cture and moxibustion department in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2017 were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized contro 1,32 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the control group.The two groups w ere treated by routine therapy inwestern medicine,the treatment group to acupuncture treatment.Acupuncture prescription by the smell of Zusanli,Fenglong,Neiting,Gongsun,Yanglingquan,Zhigou,once every other day,10 days for a course of treatment(total th ree 10-days courses of treatment).Blood pressure measurement,ambulatory blood pressur e measurement,symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment.the stat istical software SPSS20.0 for windows used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The results show that in terms of TCM Syndrome and efficacy:?the total effe ctive rate of treatment group after treatment was 87.10%,while the counterpart of con trol group was 76.67%,the two groups after treatment were effective,but through the contrast of the total effective rate of two groups,the difference between them was sta tistically significant(P<0.05);?Two groups were well improved in patients with opp ression in the chest,vomiting of phlegm-drool,insomnia-dreaminess and other sympto ms(P<0.05),and the degree of the improvement of the treatment group is better th an the control group;?The improvement of the treatment group in the aspect of TC M syndrome integral level is better than the control group.2.In terms of blood pressu re function:compared with before treatment,the two groups after treatment systolic b1 ood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP),with significant statistical signifi cance(P<0.01),the two groups after treatment also had an decreased of blood pressur e;While the two groups after treatment compared with SBP,DSP there was statistical ly significant(P>0.05),Indicating that oral western medicine plus acupuncture can low er blood pressures.3.Ambulatory blood pressure aspects:two groups after treatment c ompared with before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),Indicating that the two groups of patients with considerable efficacy.Studies show t hat Spleen-Fortifying Phlegm-Transforming formula in patients with essential hypertensi on due to excessive retention of phlegm-dampness has certain curative effect.Conclusion:It is a safe and effective treatment method to treat patients with essential hyperte nsion due to excessive retention of phlegm-dampness by acupuncture at Spleen-Fortifyi ng Phlegm-Transforming formula,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients. |
