The Study Of Relationship Of Serum Levels Homocysteine, Cystain-c And Serum Uric Acid With Intimal Medial Thickness In H-type Hypertension Patients

Objective:To investigate the relationship of serum levels of Homocysteine,cystatin c and uric acid with Carotid Intimal Medial Thickness in H type hy pertension patients,To provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.Methods: A tolal of 101(53male,48femal))H type hypertension of level3 patients are selected in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital from Decem ber 2014 to October 2015.All patients were received medical history-taking, De tailed records the patient history, measuring blood pressure, height, weight, bod y mass index(BMI), Homocysteine(Hcy), cystatin c(Cyst-c), uric acid(UA),fasting blood glucose(FBG), triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high-de nsity lipoprotein(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C), apolipoprotein A(APOA), apolipoprotein B(APOA), et al..101 patients were divided into Three groups based on the result cIMT: normal group of 31 cases,atherosclerosis gr oup of 34 cases, plaques group of 36 cases,and set the normal group to the c ontrol group.Test and compare three groups of serum index, to analyze its rela tionship with cIMT.All statisticals were analyzed by SPSS20.0.Results: 1, Three groups of gender, age, smoking history, drinking history,clinical history FBG, TG, TC, LDL-C, APOA, APOB, BMI to compare differe nces had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2, Three groups of Hcy, Cyst, U A, HDL-C is respectively: Hcy levels: plaque group > control group, atheroscl erosis group > control group(P < 0.05);Cyst-c level comparison is: plaque gro up > control group(P < 0.05);UA level comparison: plaque group > control g roup(P < 0.05);HDL-C levels compared: plaque group<control group, atheros-c lerosis group< control group(P < 0.05).3, Hcy, Cyst-c, UA and the relativity analysis of cIMT: Hcy, Cyst-c, UA is positively related with cIMT(r, 0.334 、0.317、0.442, P,0.001、0.001、0.000);HDL-C is negatively correlated with cI MT(r=-0.293, P=0.003).Conclusion: Serum Hcy, Cyst-c, UA are risk factors to atherosclerosis, HDL-C may be a resistance to atherosclerosis. monitoring their serum levels of changes, may have a certain reference value in early intervention and treatm-ent of atherosclerosis.
