| Objective:By observing the clinical effect of self-made Banma hypotensive granule in the treatment of elderly hypertension(phlegm dampness syndrome),it is proved that resolving phlegm and removing dampness can not only effectively regulate the blood pressure of elderly patients,but also improve the symptoms and signs of patients.Reduce the incidence of complications caused by hypertension and make the elderly happy.Methods:This clinical trial according to Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis,inclusion,exclusion criteria,Between January 2020 and December 2020,A total of 72 clinical cases were collected from the geriatrics department of Jilin traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,China.First,by randomly grouping it into two groups,36 cases per group,In the treatment group,Control group.The two groups were given different treatment methods.The treatment group was treated with levamlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets on an empty stomach from morning onwards,at a dose of 2.5 mg(from Shi Huida Pharmaceutical Group(Jilin)Co.,Ltd.),once a day,and then after meals,take self-made Banma hypotensive granule twice a day.Control group was treated with levamlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets 2.5 mg(same source)once a day.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,taking TCM syndrome score and blood pressure monitoring result as observation index,by observing its improvement,summing up and sorting out,through statistical analysis and calculation results,the efficacy and safety of self-made Banma Jianghu granule in the treatment of senile hypertension(phlegm dampness syndrome)were evaluated.Results: Before the clinical trial,the basic conditions of the two groups were compared,including age,sex,duration of illness and so on.1.In the course of this clinical study,no cases were shed,eliminated or terminated.2.Two groups of drugs have antihypertensive effect.3.Effect of hypotension: the total effective rate of treatment group and control group was83.33% and 72.22%,respectively,(P>0.05)there was no significant difference,indicating that there was no significant difference.4.Improvement of TCM symptoms: the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 94.44% and 69.44%,(P<0.05)was statistically significant,indicating that there groups in the improvement of TCM symptoms.5.The treatment group was better than the control group(PP=P=0.05)in improving symptoms of vertigo(P=0.000),head wrapped(P=0.002),vomiting sputum salivation(P=0.000),insomnia(P=0.000),light mouth(P=0.000),less food(P=0.000),while headache(P=0.583),chest tightness(P=0.061),palpitations(P=0.061)were better than the control group.There was no significant difference in symptom improvement between the two groups(PP=PP=0.05).6.After treatment,the vital signs and routine physical and chemical examination of the two groups had no abnormal changes compared with before treatment.Conclusion: This experiment proved that the self-made Banma Jianghu granule combined with levamlodipine benzenesulfonic acid not only has good antihypertensive effect,but also can obviously improve some clinical symptoms related to phlegm dampness,such as vertigo,head wrapping,vomiting sputum salivation and so on.According to the observation of this clinical study,we did not find any adverse reactions and the indexes of the patients were not abnormal,which could prove their safety and reliability. |
