Jiawei Wendan Decoction In The Treatmen Of Insomnia (Phegm Heat Disturbing Heart) Clinical Research

Objective:Through the clinical study of 60 cases of insomnia Patients, to observe the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Wendan Decoction in treating Phlegm heat disturbing heart insomnia, and to exPlore the basic mechanism of action.Methods:Selection conforms to the standard of 60 cases of insomnia Patients, treated with Jiawei Wendan Decoction, day 1 agent,2 times service. Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after taking the medicine, the Patient’s PSQI score and TCM syndrome score were recorded before and after treatment, the condition changes were observed before and after treatment, and the differences between the two grouPs were comPared before and after treatment.Results:1. The treatment after 2 weeks,4 weeks, significant imProvement in clinical symPtoms of insomnia, total effective rate of theraPeutic efficacy were 68.3% and 95.0%; the quality of sleeP, sleeP time, sleeP time, sleeP efficiency, sleeP disorders, hyPnotic drugs, daytime function score was significantly lower, with statistical significance (P< 0.01).2. Treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks later, the Chinese medicine syndrome was significantly imProved, the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were 68.3%,95.0%; insomnia, dreaminess, sPutum, chest tightness, uPset, nausea or vomiting, bitter taste, constipation symPtoms scores decreased significantly, with statistical significance (P< 0.01).Conclusion:Jiawei Wendan Decoction can obviously imProve the clinical symPtoms of Phlegm heat disturbance heart-shaPed insomnia Patients, improve sleep quality; can significantly imProve the syndromes of TCM in Patients with Performance.
