Clinical Observation Of Huanglian Wendan Decoction Combined With Kongsheng Zhenzhong Danjiajian In The Treatment Of Insomnia With Syndrome Of Phlegm-heat Disturbance Of The Heart

Objective:Through this clinical observation,to analyze the changes of the patients whose cliniacal symptoms and signs before and after the treatment.According to the results,we can know whether huanglian wendan decoction combined with kongsheng zhenzhong pill has a certain clinical effect on the treatment of insomniac with phlegm-heat disturbing heart syndrome.Method:To choose 72 patients 2019 who were selected from the outpatient department of neuorology of human university of traditional Chinese medicine in from February 2018 to January and who met the western medicine insomnia diagnosis standard and the TCM syndrome differentiation as the phlegm-heat disturbing heart.They were divided into a observation group and a control group with 36 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The observation group were treated with huangliang wendan decoction combined with kongsheng zhenzhong pill,the control group were treated with bailemian capsules.The clinical efficency of TCM and western medicine were evaluated by the scores of TCM symptoms and PSQI.The observation period was 4 weeks.At the same time,the changes of general clinical biochemical indexes and electrocardiogram were monitored to evaluate the safety of drugs before and after the treatment.Result:1.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndroms in both groups decreased compared with that before,and the difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,,the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in improving the the total score of TCM syndroms,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of TCM clinical efficacy in the observation group was 90.9%,and that in control group was 84.85%.The clinical efficacy of TCM in the two groups was similar,and there is no statistically sense between the two groups.(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the PSQI in both groups decreased compared with that before,and the difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,,the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in improving the PSQI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Western medicine clinical efficacy of the total effective rate was87.88% in the observation group,and that in control group was78.79%.The clinical efficacy of western medicine in the two groups was similar,and there is no statistically significance between the two groups.(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huanglian wendan decoction combined with kongsheng zhenzhong pill can improve the clinical symptoms of insomniac and ithas a good clinical effect,which is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice to provide moer possibilities for clinical treatment.
