Study Of Bimingkang Granules On The Expression Of Lung Qi Deficiency In Nasal Mucosa In Allergic Rhinitis Rats TLR2mRNA And TLR4mRNA

Objective:Explore Biminkang granules on Qi deficiency allergic rhinitis(AR) in rat nasal mucosa tissue morphologic features, nasal eosinophils(EOS)count, TLR2,TLR4,TLR2 m RNA and TLR4 m RNA expression effect.Methods:80 SD rats, half male and half female were randomly divided into blank group(group A), model group(B group), control group(C group), treatment group(Group D),lung qi deficiency rat model of allergic rhinitis replication, for one week after treatment the rats were sacrificed, stripping the nasal mucosa, using light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy observation of nasal adhesion membrane morphologic change and EOS count; enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method(ELISA) for detection of nasal mucosa in the expression of TLR2 and TLR4 levels; reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) assay in the nasal mucosa of TLR2 m RNA and TLR4 m RNA relative expression.Results:Typical scratching nose, sneezing symptoms appeared in rats of group B, nasal mucosa epithelial structure change and deformation of nuclei, irregular microvilli disappeared. In the nasal mucosa of EOS, TLR2, TLR4, TLR2 m RNA and TLR4 m RNA expression was lower than that in group A were significantly higher(P < 0.05); group D rat nasal mucosa were significantly better than those in group B; in the nasal mucosa of EOS, TLR2, TLR4, TLR2 m RNA and TLR4 m RNA expression was significantly decreased(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Biminkang granules can effectively improve lung qi deficiency type of AR in rat nasal mucosa morphology, significantly reduced the number of EOS in the nasal mucosa, significantly reduced the expression of TLR2, TLR4,TLR2 m RNA and TLR4 m RNA in the nasal mucosa of rats, thereby therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis.
