To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Biminkang Mixture In The Treatment Of Yangqi Deficiency Type Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: through the clinical evaluation of Biminkang mixture in the treatmentof Yangqi deficiency type of allergic rhinitis, and to observe and control group in theefficacy of Xinqin tablets whether there are differences to explore the Heli yangqi methodin the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:60patients with allergic rhinitis the inclusion criteria, were randomlydivided into the treatment group of30cases,30cases in the control group. The treatmentgroup were given oral Biminkang mixture treatment, two weeks as a course of treatment.The control group was given oral Xinqin tablets, two weeks as a course of treatment. Twogroups were treated for a course. Observe the clinical symptoms and signs of changebefore and after the treatment, the treatment results were compared between the twogroups.Results: by statistical analysis, the treatment group and the control group of Yangqideficiency type of allergic rhinitis were effective, the total effective rate of treatmentgroup96.7%, control group total effectiveness83.3%, two groups after treatment, overallcurative effect had significant difference (P <0.05), showed that the treatment group isbetter than that of the control group,the treatment comparison the signs and symptomsbefore and after treatment, had a significant improvement (P <0.05). The two groupsshowed the condition is light, the shorter the duration, the better the effect.Conclusion: Biminkang mixture can effectively relieve sneezing, runny nose, nasalitching,nasal congestion. Medicine Xinqin tablets effect Biminkang mixture in treatment ofYangqi deficiency type allergic rhinitis is better than the clinical treatment of the disease,and Heli yangqi method is an effective therapeutic method for treating yangqi deficiencytype of allergic rhinitis,worthy of further research and exploration.
