Objective: Treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung and spleen qi by acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with Yupingfeng granules and the use of body acupuncture(bilateral Yingxiang, bilateral nasal acupoints, bilateral Hegu,Yintang)and Yupingfeng granules(Allergic rhinitis,AR)for comparison, observe the improvement of symptoms and signs, changes in quality of life, the distribution and count of eosinophils in nasal secretions, objectively evaluate acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with Yupingfeng granules to treat AR The clinical effect of the method will open up newer and better methods for the treatment of AR in the future. Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,60 eligible AR patients were selected.According to the random and control requirements in the test statistics, from the statistical random table of numbers, randomly select a row and a column of numbers to start coding and grouping the patients, which are divided into a test group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases). The test group adopted the method of acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with Yupingfeng granule, and the control group adopted the method of body needle combined with Yupingfeng granule.Allergic rhinitis symptoms and signs scale(2015,Tianjin),visual analog scale,rhino-ocular conjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire, nasal secretion eosinophil count,to compare the clinical treatment of AR between the two groups Effect. Results: 1.Comparison of general conditions Before treatment, the basic conditions of the two groups of patients were compared, and the patients had no statistical significance in terms of gender, course of disease, and age(P> 0.05).Can be compared.2.Symptom score The symptoms of the two groups of patients are scored once before treatment, and each week during the treatment must be scored, and the individual symptoms and the total score of the symptoms are compared. In the comparison of scores before treatment, there was no statistical difference between the total points and the individual points before treatment(P> 0.05).In the course of treatment, the longer the time, the symptom score gradually decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).And the curative effect of the test group is better than the control group. And when comparing the four typical symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups of patients, through the comparison of P value,it can be seen that the test group is better than the control group in terms of runny nose and nasal congestion.<0.05).3.Sign scores The signs of the two groups of patients were scored before treatment, and each week during the treatment period, scores should be scored to compare the total points of the signs. The comparison showed that before the treatment, there was no statistical difference in the sign data(P> 0.05).In the course of treatment, the longer the time, the sign score gradually decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).And the curative effect of the test group is better than the control group.4.RQLQ scale The quality of life of the two groups of patients was scored before treatment, and each week during treatment was scored, and scored again 6 weeks after treatment. It can be seen from the broken line dot plots of each stage that there is no difference between the two groups before treatment and 1 week of treatment;from the second week onwards, the effect of the test group is better than that of the control group.5.Two groups of patients on the visual analog scale, the score gradually decreased after treatment, indicating that the effect after treatment was better than before treatment;after the treatment, the VAS score was compared, and the difference score in the test group was found to be higher than that in the control group. The effect of the test group was better than that of the control group, with significant differences(P<0.01).6.Eosinophil counts of nasal secretions were compared between the two groups before treatment and after treatment, there was a significant difference(P <0.01);before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients(P> 0.05);treatment There was no significant difference between the latter two groups(P> 0.05).7.Follow-up recurrence rate After the treatment, telephone and questionnaire follow-up was conducted to observe the number of days of relapse within 1 month, and an independent sample t test was performed on the two groups of patients. It can be concluded that P <0.001,there is a significant difference. It proves that the relapse rate of the experimental group is significantly lower than that of the control group.8.Total effective statistics After the end of all treatment courses, the significant effects and effective number of the two groups are counted to obtain the effective rate of treatment.According to the formula, the total effective rate of the test group is89.9%;the total effective rate of the control group is 73.3%.Through the chi-square test,P <0.05.There is a statistical difference between the two. Conclusion: The use of acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung and spleen Qi is effective in terms of symptoms and signs, and the effect is better than the body acupuncture group. At the same time, the use of acupuncture on the sphenopalatine ganglion combined with Yupingfeng granule can greatly improve the patient's quality of life. This project is worthy of clinical application.
