Objective: This topic from the disease and syndrome with angle to establish lung qi deficiency allergic rhinitis rats(abbreviated allergy, AR) animal model was observed in the nasal mucosa of rat T lymphocyte associated factor interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-12(IL-12) content changes of Bimin Kang Granule on T helper cell mediated lung qi deficiency allergic rhinitis mechanism, for the clinical use of Biminkang granules provide experimental support.Methods: Selection of 80 SD rats, male and female 40 rats each were randomly divided into blank group(group A), model group(B group), western medicine control group(Group C), Chinese medicine treatment group(Group D), the establishment of lung qi deficiency rat model of allergic rhinitis, continuous give drugs a week later, the rats were sacrificed, stripping the nasal mucosa, to observe the general condition and rat nasal symptoms; standard colorimetric method determination of nasal secretions PH value; by light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy observation nasal mucosa tissue morphologic change and EOS count; by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method(ELISA) for detection of nasal mucosa in IL-4, IL-12 content.Result:Group B compared with group A, rat scratching nose times, increased significantly in the frequency of sneezing, nasal secretions PH value is reduced, the pathological changes of nasal mucosa appeared epithelial damage change, gland edema, vasodilation,dominated by eosinophil eosinophil inflammatory cells large number of violations of the mucosa. The content of IL-4 in nasal mucosa showed an increased(P < 0.05) and IL-12 showed reduced group C compared with group B, symptoms significantly reduced, p H value close to group a trend in increased, rat nasal mucosa were significantly better than those in the model group. In the nasal mucosa of IL-4 decreased significantly, IL-12 increased significantly, there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1 Biminkang granules on rats general condition and nasal symptoms were obviously improved;2. nasal allergy particles can increase the PH value of allergic rhinitis rats, so that it can reach the normal range.3 Biminkang granules can significantly reduce the number of nasal mucosa in EOS, can significantly improve the Qi deficiency of AR in rat nasal mucosa mor PHology;4 nasal allergy particles can be lowered in the nasal mucosa of rats IL-4 content, up IL-12 content.
