To Observe The Clinical Evaluation Of Biminkang Mixture In The Treatment Of Yangqi Deficiency Type Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: The study evaluates the clinical effect of great burdock soup in the treatment of larynx derived cough and observes whether great burdock soup and Zhenkening dropping pill demonstrate the same results. The study aims to discover whether it is feasible to cure larynx derived cough by ventilating the lung and relieving sore throat.Methods: Choose 60 cases of larynx derived cough and divide them into two groups randomly: a treatment group and a control group. Each group contains 30 cases. Treat the treatment group with great burdock soup and treat the control group with Zhenkening dropping pill. The course of treatment is 2 weeks. Observe and record the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the two groups and compare the results.Results: According to the statistical analysis, the measures taken by the treatment group and the control group are effective in treating pathogenic wind attacked lung and larynx derived cough. The overall efficacy rate of the treatment group and the control group are 96.7% and 83.3% respectively. The overall efficacy of the two groups are remarkably different(P<0.05) in that the treatment group demonstrate better results. The physical symptoms are improved profoundly in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Great burdock soup can effectively eliminate or relieve dry and itchy throat and cough. The great burdock soup is more effective in treating larynx derived cough than Zhenkening dropping pill which is more commonly used in clinic. The study shows that ventilating the lung and relieving sore throat is a feasible method to cure pathogenic wind attacked lung and larynx derived cough.
