To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Wulong Granules In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung And Spleen Deficiency Type

Objective:The purpose is to observe the clinical effect of wulong graules in the treatment of lung and spleen deficiency type of allergic rhinitis.Method:Systematic observation in35patients with pulmonary Qi deficiency type of allergic rhintis,give the Wulong granules which is no decoction(uniform provided by the Huashen group)for a week,one bag each time, three tines a day.Observe the symptoms,minor symptom,turbinate swelling degree.the quality of life of the patients and the local temperature of the nasal cavity,after the end of treatment for statistical of the intergral,then assess the clinical therapeutic effect.Resultt:Three case which included35subjects.By compare the treatment of integral of32subjects who have finishde the test.The markedly effective in11cases, effective12cases, invalid9cases, the total effective rate was71.86%.The markedly effective in11cases, effective12cases, invalid9cases, the total effective rate was71.86%. Main symptoms, minor symptoms and quality of life of patients have improve after treatment. After the treatment,the temperature of nasal each observation point have increased.Conclusion:For allergic rhinitis patients of lung and spleen deficiency,Wulong granules will enhance the qi of spleen and replenishing,it has the ability of promoting blood circulation,significantly reducing the symptom scores of the allergic rhinitis patients, effectively improving the symptoms of allergic rhinitis,mproving the physique of the patients,Therefore,Wulong grain have clinical curative effecting, less adverse reaction and clinica value."Five degrees" syndrome differentiation theory can be used as a supplementary means in clinical application of the four diagnostic methods.1...
