Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Infantile Allergic Rhinitis (allergic Rhinitis) With The Method Of Replenishing Qi And Strengthening The Surface

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of Yupingfeng powder and Xinqin Granule on children’s allergic rhinitis under the guidance of Yiqi Gubiao method,to study the mechanism of Yiqi Gubiao method,and to clarify the important guiding position,therapeutic effect accuracy and safety of Yiqi Gubiao method in the treatment of children’s allergic rhinitisMethods:A randomized clinical control study was designed to determine 60 cases,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Both groups were observed for 30 days.Among them,the treatment group was treated with NGP superfine granules(Jiawei Yupingfeng powder),one lattice at a time,twice a day;the control group was treated with Xinqin granules,one bag at a time,twice a day;the total amount of the two groups was controlled at 150ml/time,and no other drugs were used during the treatment.After 30 days of continuous treatment,the difference between the two groups was comparedResults:(1)After treatment,the total score of symptoms in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the main symptoms(nasal obstruction,rhinopruritus,sneezing,and runny nose)were relieved most significantly(P<0.01).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);(3)There was a difference in the grade distribution between the two groups(P<0.05)Conclusion:This clinical observation proves that the treatment of children’s rhinorrhea guided by the method of Supplementing Qi and consolidating the surface has good overall effect,safety and reliability,high compliance of children,and effective symptom control,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
