Blood-letting Puncture Method As The Main Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Intractable Hiccups

Objective: to pricking therapy for treatment of intractable hiccup, open up a new way forthe treatment of intractable hiccup, and through clinical observation and analysis of changesin the quality of life, to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture pricking method withthis disease, analysis and explore its mechanism, compare effects and treatment of intractablehiccup by two different methods of collateral puncture and intramuscular injection ofanisodamine, provide the basis for clinical treatment of the disease of the schemeoptimization.Methods:63patients with intractable hiccup patients, according to admission order number,according to the random number table is divided into: the treatment group, the control group. Thetreatment group was treated with pricking blood therapy combined with acupuncture, the control groupwas given intramuscular injection of anisodamine. The treatment group of31cases,19males,12females,12cases of cerebrovascular disease complicated with hiccup hiccup occurred in patients with cough,4cases,2cases of cancer patients, no obvious cause of13cases, the course of3-30days, average (76.61±4.14) days, the patients at the age of33-80years old, average (54.22±12.14) years old. A control group of32cases,19cases of male, female13cases,11cases of cerebral vascular disease caused by cough, Hiccupwere5cases,1cases of cancer patients, no obvious cause of15cases, the course of4-28days, average(6.65±4.38) days, patients aged32-75years, mean (52.55±13.48age). Analysis by statistical softwareSPSS15.0, the two groups in age, gender, etiology, course of the disease had no significant difference,comparable.Results: by statistical analysis, the treatment group and the control group in terms of age, gender,etiology, disease duration were comparable. All two groups improved hiccup symptoms, improve thequality of life of patients, but the pricking therapy effect of intractable hiccup as fast, short course oftreatment, relieve symptoms is superior to that of anisodamine.Conclusion: pricking method in the treatment of intractable hiccup, the treatment effect is widely,exact, induced by different causes of intractable hiccup, curative effect.
