Purpose : Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of nangambiae japonicus(3-5)combined with acupuncture to guide qi(zusanli)in the treatment of intractable hiccup,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of intractable hiccup by acupuncture. Methods:Using the clinical randomized controlled study method,66 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 33 patients in each group. The treatment group and the control group were treated with body acupuncture. On the basis of routine acupuncture, the treatment group was injected with anisodamine injection at the cervical spine point and zusanli acupuncture for gas conduction. Both groups received two courses of treatment.Quality of life score scale and TCM symptom scale were used.Relevant data were recorded before enrollment, after two courses of treatment or after recovery, and all data were summarized for clinical efficacy comparison and statistical analysis.results1.Before treatment, the two groups' gender(see table 1),age(see table 2),course of disease(see table 3),total score of quality of life(see table 4),and score of TCM symptoms(see table 5)were statistically analyzed, showing no significant difference at P >0.05,indicating comparability.2.The comparison of total scores of life quality showed that: after the twocourses of treatment, the comparison between the treatment group and the control group was conducted(see table 10),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The comparison between the treatment group and the control group(see table 7)showed that P <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.3.The comparison of TCM syndrome scores showed that: after the two courses of treatment, the comparison between the treatment group and the control group was conducted(see table 11),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The comparison between the treatment group and the control group(see table 8)showed that P <0.05,indicating statistically significant differences.4.The comparison of the scores of the recovery period(see table 9)showed that: after the end of two courses of treatment, the comparison between the two groups of the recovery period scores showed that P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.The comparison of the total effective rate in this study(see table 6)showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.96% and that in the control group was 81.81%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.ConclusionThe improvement of life quality,TCM symptoms, disease recovery time and total effective rate of patients with intractable hiccup by injecting and acupuncture at cervical spine points is obviously better than that of the control group, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
