In recent years, China’s coal industry has made considerable progress,experienced a golden period of development decades, the industry hasundergone tremendous changes in the national economic and social developmenthas played an important role. At present, the coal overcapacity serious, grimsituation of coal economy operation, the worker income level drops,contradictory individual employees between psychological problems andmanagement system at the time of the boom masked some immediately apparent,and gradually became one of the constraints coal mine production safetyhazards.In view of the present a line of miners in the short term can change poorworking environment, task, time is long, the reality of pressure, the causes of jobburnout for miners,taking the effective measures for prevention and intervention,through mastering psychological adjustment ability, reduce the pressure of work,improve the subjective well-being and a sense of achievement,At the same time, play to the role of the various aspects of social support, reduce the effect of jobburnout of working life, the human factors in the bud of the accident, from thesource to ensure the safety of coal mine production.In this paper, the research mainly includes the following several parts:(1)Elaborating the selected topic basis, research background, research purpose,research of theoretical and practical significance, the research content and theuse of research methods and research innovations.(2) Through the introductionof the concepts of job burnout and social support the formation, development,and a summary of the present situation of domestic and foreign related researchand analysis, this study provides a solid theoretical basis.(3) Selecting of sampleunit of Wangzhuang coal mine production line of accountability, personnelstructure is described, using Chinese Maslach General Scale and Social SupportRating Scale, the need of various data collection research institute. UsingSPSS20.0software through the reliability test, validity test, descriptive analysis,F test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis, monadic linearregression analysis, data analysis method to deal with data.(4) Analysis ofcurrent coal mine a gleam of miners’ job burnout, to explore differentdemographic factors for job burnout and social support, the influence of theresearch of the relationship between job burnout and social support, explore thesocial support of different dimensions of job burnout of the influence of theintermediary role differences, explore lead to job burnout occurs and the riskfactors influencing the level of social support.(5) Based on the conclusions presented to avoid burnout and a rich source of social support policies andmeasures from the social, organizational and individual three dimensions.Research shows that:(1) Wangzhuang coal mine tier miners’ job burnoutphenomenon is obvious, check out the proportion of moderate burnout above32.02%, at the same time, a line of miners get social support at average level.(2)Age, seniority, position, marital status, background, education is an importantantecedent influences job burnout.(3) Social support and all dimensions of jobburnout and its three dimensions has a significant negative correlationrelationship, shows a wide range of social support can effectively relieve worktired feeling.(4) Social support mediation effect of job burnout, a relief andsocial support for dimension of job burnout and the prediction effect is obvious.In this paper, in order to engage in tier coal miners working undergroundmining as research subjects, explore the inherent association between socialsupport and burnout degree level, enriching the relevant research results,providing support for the people of the coal mine safety management theory,provide a reference for reducing man-made mine accidents.
