Objective: To investigate the copper nickel mine occupation stress, burnout, social support effects on the metabolic syndrome,as well as social support, occupation stress, burnout effect on metabolic syndrome, explore the occupation stress and metabolic syndrome among the comprehensive relationship, prevention of metabolic syndrome, intervention and provide a theoretical basis and guidance. Methods: 1.Using the method of cluster sampling, the use of some mine workers ERI questionnaire(ERI)questionnaire of influencing factors of occupation level occupation tension, intense investigation of Job Burnout Questionnaire(Chinese CMBI Maslach Burnout Inventory),short form health survey(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36).The social support rating scale;affect the use of non communicable chronic diseases prevalence and risk factors of behavior questionnaire survey life behavior on metabolic syndrome;2.According to the gender, nationality, age ± 1 years old match, into the case group, the control group 180 pairs,in order to study the occupational stress, burnout level, social support on the impact of MS patients and their relationship, the impact on quality of life. Results: A total of2300 questionnaires,2250 valid questionnaires were recovered, the recovery rate is97.8%.,including 2058 males and 192 females, the survey includes the management, shovel, drivers, mining engineering, metallurgical engineering, maintenance, acid and other types of oxygen.1.Copper nickel miners of different nationalities, cultural degree, work seniority, return to pay on the module score differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);different occupation tension between groups BMI,SBP,DBP,FPG,TG,HDL-c values had significant difference(P < 0.05);and the scores of SBP,BMI pay,DBP FPG,and TG was positively correlated(P < 0.01),and negatively correlated with HDL-c(P < 0.01);return score with BMI,SBP,DBP,FPG,TG were negatively correlated(P <0.01),positive correlation with HDL-c(P < 0.05);2.Copper nickel miners with different gender, ethnic, cultural degree, work seniority,in light of high burnout group was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);comparison of different occupation tension level of copper nickel miners occupation burnout emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment and occupation burnout. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);zero,light,high levels of burnout among BMI,SBP,DBP,FPG,TG,HDL-c values had significant difference(P < 0.05);3.Workers of copper and nickel in gender, nationality, culture degree, between the types of objective support, there was significant difference between the degree of subjective support and utilization of support(P < 0.05);different occupation stress level social support plate, objective support, subjective support, support utilization differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);objective support, subjective support and BMI,diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride was negatively related to three(P < 0.01)and systolic blood pressure was negatively correlated(P < 0.05),support the use of BMI,diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride was negatively related to three(P < 0.01);4.Copper nickel miners different occupation stress level, type of work, age, culture degree between group SF-36 scores of physiological function, physiological function(PF)(RP),bodily pain(BP),general health(GH),energy(VT),social function, emotional function(SF)(RE),spirit Health(MH)there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05);5)occupation stress level in metabolic syndrome patients and the control group, the status of job burnout, subjective support, passive smoking, family cooking oil, taste, daily sleep time, there was statistical significance whether weight control aspects of differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Gender,culture degree, types are copper and nickel miners occupation stress factors, and the occupation tension is influencing factors of metabolic syndrome, the higher occupation stress level, the more obvious symptoms of metabolic syndrome;2.Gender,ethnic,cultural degree, work seniority, influence the degree of burnout of copper nickel miners, which is higher than the Han nationality occupation burnout of ethnic minorities, men than women, with the increase of the cultural level, occupation burnout decreased with age increase, reduce the degree of burnout, metallurgical engineering, maintenance workers accounted for more high burnout number the occupation burnout is more prominent;3.Gender,nationality,education level, type of work and length of service are the factors that affect social support.Social support is better, the symptom of metabolic syndrome is less, the level of occupational stress is high, and social support is relatively small;4.Occupation tension is one of the copper nickel miners factors of physical and mental health, passive smoking habits of life, family, cooking oil, taste, daily sleep time, whether the control of body weight and metabolic syndrome.
