Objective:In order to understand the relationship between job burnout and genetic susceptibility of coal miners in Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the relationship between burnout of coal miners and the polymorphisms of GCCR gene and SLC6A4 gene,and provides a scientific basis for the future research to improve the health insurance strategy.Methods:1)The general situation of coal miners'burnout and its influencing factors were investigated by using the Job Burnout Scale,ERI,Work Content Questionnaire(JCQ)and Work-Family Conflict Scale.2)The imLDR~TMM multiple SNP typing kit was used to perform site typing on 300 samples,150 people in the burnout case group and the control group,to analyze the relationship between the occurrence of burnout and the GCCR gene and SLC6A4 gene.Results:1)A total of 1,500 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 1,346 valid questionnaires were returned.The recovery rate of the questionnaires was 89.73%.There were more males than females,and the age group was30~,and the number of working ages was more than 10 years.2)There were 92 people(6.8%)with zero burnout,391(29.0%)with mild burnout,645(47.9%)with moderate burnout,218(16.2%)with severe burnout,and moderate burnout has more people than other burnout grades.The coal miner's with different gender,age,working age,marital status,shifting system,types of work has different burnout score and burnout degree(P<0.05),male burnout score higher than female,30~45 years old was the highest the score,the score of working age>10 years was higher,the higher the degree of education,the lower burnout score(P<0.05).3)The effort-reward imbalance was related to the age,working age,shift system and marital status(P<0.05).The distribution of ERI index was different in different occupational burnout groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between emotional exhausion and effort,input and ERI ratio(P<0.05).There was a correlation between the depersonalization and the reward of all dimensions and ERI(P<0.05);the achievement The occupational stress scores of coal miners with different genders,working age,education,shifting system and monthly income were different,among which men were higher than females and the working age was>10 years.reduced and the internal input factors were positively correlated(P<0.05).4)Different ages,working age,marital status and work type of workers has different occupational stress(P<0.05).The emotional exhaustion is positively correlated with the work requirements and work skills,and the decision is independent.There was a negative correlation(P<0.05);personality disintegration was positively correlated with work requirements,and negatively correlated with work skills(P<0.05);achievement reduced was negatively correlated with JCQ dimensions(P<0.05).5)Work-family conflict was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion based on time,stress and behavior.Stress and behavior were positively correlated with personality disintegration,and time and behavior were negatively correlated with decreased sense of achievement(P<0.05).Family-work conflicts were positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization based on three aspects of time,stress and behavior(P<0.05),and stress and behavior were negatively correlated with of achievement reduced.Age,job needs,effort and work-family conflicts are risk factors for occupational burnout,and work autonomy is a protective factor.6)The distribution frequencies of genotypes and alleles of rs41423247 and rs17209237 of GCCR gene in rs11080122 locus of SLC6A4 gene were different in the case group and control group(P<0.05);GG genotype of rs41423247 and AA of rs17209237 The genotype,CT genotype and CC genotype of rs11080122 are susceptibility genotypes of burnout.7)The results of SHEsis software analysis showed that the GR gene and GG haplotypes in the burnout case group and the control group were the protective factors of occupational burnout haplotype,GA was the risk factor haplotype of burnout;SLC6A4 gene TT haplotype was occupation The protective factor of burnout is haplotype,and TC is the haplotype of risk factor for burnout.8)The model of rs41423247,rs17209237 and occupational stress was analyzed by GMDR software.The cross-validation consistency was 8/10,and the test sample accuracy was 0.0107.The results of genetic and environmental interaction regression analysis showed rs41423247 and rs11080122 loci,occupational stress and Work-family conflict is a risk factor for burnout,suggesting that rs41423247 rs11080122,occupational stress and work-family conflicts and the risk of burnout in coal miners will increase;the interaction of rs41423247 and rs17209237 with occupational stress will lead to burnout Increased risk of disease(OR=5.049,95%CI=2.371-10.750)Conclusions:1)Age,job needs,pay,work-family conflicts,and work-family conflicts are risk factors for occupational burnout,and work autonomy is a protective factor.It indicates that the older the age,the higher the job demand,the more the work and the more conflicts between work and family,the higher the risk of burnout,and the higher the work autonomy will reduce the risk of burnout.2)The GG genotype of GR gene rs41423247 and the AA genotype of rs17209237,the CT genotype and CC genotype of SLC6A4 gene rs11080122 are susceptibility genotypes of burnout.3)The interaction between genes and genes was not found to be associated with the occurrence of burnout;the interaction between rs41423247 and rs17209237 and occupational stress increased the risk of burnout.
