| Metrology refers to the activity of unity of units and dissemination of the value of quantity. With the progress of technology and development of the society, metrology is playing more and more important role in production and life. In the metrological activities, a lot of business information was stored and processed by means of informationization. Metrology information management systems played important roles in various places of Metrology Departments.However, because of the diversity of metrological activities in different areas and the changes of various measurement mode, many systems are faced with the problem of opaque business information, low efficiency processes, and inflexible system deployments.This paper was aimed at resolving this phenomenon, combined with the specific business of Honghe State Bureau of Metrology, on the basis of requirement analysis, gived a detailed design of the business processes and function modules,added many features such as certificates with two-dimensional code, multi platform entrances, SMS reminder on the basis of the old system. Finally, with the support of SSH and Ext JS frameworks, by using Oracle as the database, followed the specification of the development processes and good code version management, achieved a new multi portal metrology information management platform. In the description of system test part, the article made an appraisal analysis to the system’s correctness, the compatibility and the performance, proved that the system has met the user demands. The platform can effectively enhance the transparency of the metrological business, optimize the processes of business part, easy system upgrade and deployment. While ensuring the normal operation of the metrology business, the system can also significantly reduce the workload of metrology quality inspection institutions, improve the efficiency of the organizations, and bring more economic and social benefits. |
