Research On ?China Metrology?

Founded in 1995,China Metrology is an authoritative journal in the metrological field and is under the charge of the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of China and sponsored by China Metrology Research Institute.In the development process of over 20 years,China Metrology has always taken four first-class goals of "first-class from content to form,first-class from impact to benefit,and first-class in the similar journals".With publicity and implementation as its goal,The basic tenet of Law of Metrology is to take root in China and face the grass-roots level,which plays an important role in promoting the development of metrology in China.This paper is divided into the following five aspects.The first chapter mainly expounds why to study China Metrology.It briefly explains the important position of China Metrology in China's metrology field and the role and significance of studying this journal.On this basis,it combs the current research status of domestic academic,science and technology journals.The second chapter takes the time as the clue.By combing some important historical events and key details in the process of China's Reform and Opening up in the 1990 s and the drastic changes in the development situation of China's metrology under the market economy system,it leads to the era significance and historical mission of the birth of China metrology.The third chapter takes the legal process of metrology and the construction of metrological administration system,which are the two main lines of the development process of China's metrology.And China Metrology plays different important roles in each development stage of the two main lines.The fourth chapter highlights the important role of China Metrology in promoting China's scientific research and innovation system by exploring China Metrology's contribution to the development of aerospace and industrial metrology.centreing on the China Metrology,the fifth chapter sorts out the contents of the periodicals and gives a detailed outline of the comprehensive situation of the major strategy Vision and Action of Metrological Cooperation under "The Belt and Road" promulgated by the state,including the background of its publication,the early response of the domestic metrology field and the progress of cooperation in the past few years.
