Design And Implementation Of Instrument And Equipment Metrology Management System For Chemical Industry Enterprise Based On J2EE

To implement the informatization construction deployment,a chemical enterprise decision management of instruments and equipment on the basis of previous more accurate,more convenient,more scientific information management,based on this proposed related requirements and construction scheme,its main purpose is realization and optimization of an enterprise equipment comprehensive management,so that it can meet the needs of modern measurement and management work,the use of information technology and management science,accuracy,easy operation and optimize the internal work process,improve work efficiency.A chemical enterprise in the management of instruments and equipment main business processes are analyzed in this dissertation firstly,including the overall business process and purchase management,acceptance accounted for,accounting management,application and measurement management.Using use case diagram,the system function requirements and roles are analyzed,which lays the foundation for the following system design.The paper analyses the development model and the operation and deployment model of the system.The system uses a layered model based on MVC,makes the system scalable.The system adopts J2 EE framework development,using SQL Server 2008 R2 database.This paper describes the detailed design process,using sequence diagram to describe the dynamic interaction between the main modules in the class.Finally,dissertation shows system test.The test results show that the system can meet the design requirements.The operation of the system can be coordinated and unified deployment of resources to solve the process in equipment management,improve business efficiency,to eventually be able to establish a system of scientific research and production of auxiliary enterprises to provide effective protection of resources.
